Alex is the Owner/Operator of Onalim Brothers. Alex grew up on the south shore of long island and made his way down to Florida in 2012. His first venture was a property management company that he ran alongside his brother Nick that catered to Condos, HOA’s, Multi Family, and Individual units. At it’s peak, they were managing over 5,000 doors and in 2016 they branched into Real Estate running each business side by side. Eventually, they decided to sell the property management arm of the business and now operate Onalim Brothers Brokerage as a full service Real Estate company coming up on 10 years in the business.

Alex has worked with hundreds of clients both in the residential & commercial space. Navigating contracts for 1 bedroom condos and 8,000 square foot medical facilities. In recent years, Alex has started to focus on his primary areas; Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Deerfield Beach. Alex is a member of Indian Spring Country Club in Boynton & Fountains Country club in Lake worth.

Alex and his wife Lesly personally live in Boynton Beach so there is vested interest in the community and his wife Lesly owns a retail Bakery in Deerfield Beach called Cakes D’ Sabores. When Alex is not working with Real Estate Clients, he’s an avid runner, golfer, and tennis player participating in races throughout the year.
